GMP Clean Rooms

GMP Clean Rooms

GMP is the only company manufacturing all types of cleanroom partitioning systems in Powder Coated GI (PCGI), Pre-painted GI (PPGI), Stainless Steel (##-304, High Pressure Laminates (HPL) and Glass Re-enforced Polymer (GRP).

Modular Cleanroom Partitions

GI Powder Coated : GMP mono block/ modular partitioning walls are fabricated by way of nominal two skins of galvanized iron / SS Steel sheets. The GI sheets are with lock formed quality (LFQ), minimal spangle with a Zinc coating of 80-120 gsm. They are Bonded with an Polyurethane foam, Honeycomb Paper Core or High Density Mineral Wool, forming a rigid panel to modular widths of 1000 mm to 1200 mm (as per various thicknesses and systems) and up to 6000 mm in height.
The Premium range is having additional advantage of all cut-outs for walls and ceiling made in factory for the better final finish and reduction in installation period. In this system the non-standard size of panels is also provided as per the layout requirements. The Standard range will have cut-outs for walls and ceiling made at site. Only the door over panels (DOPs) and the panels for view-panel area will be provided as per the layout requirements. All other panels will have a standard size of 1000mm x 3000mm.
GMP modular walls have been installed in clean rooms throughout the world in a range of applications from pharmaceutical, high technology electronic manufacturing to legislation-controlled healthcare and packaging etc.

The system is readily adaptable to meet the requirements of most clean room classifications as determined by GMP grades used in pharmaceutical applications. Make up panels are produced within the sizing layout of the drawing. Panels are pure/epoxy polyester powder coated to 70-90 microns forming a smooth surface finish with 15-25% Gloss level.

A complete range of partition walls and ceiling systems are available to meet the technical specifications of controlled environment rooms. Ceilings as well as partitions are inert, non particle-shedding, forming part of a clean room aseptic envelope to enable compliance with FDA validation procedures and cGMP standards.

Full details of the complementary range of ceiling systems are available on request.

GI Pre-Painted:Pre-Painted: GI monoblock / modular solid partitioning walls are fabricated by way of nominal 2×0.60 mm pre-coated GI sheets. These sheets are bonded with an infill of PUF and Rockwool, forming a rigid 50/80/100 mm thick panel to modular width of 1000 mm and 3000 mm in height. All the cut-outs for walls and ceiling made at site. Only the door over panels (DOPs) and the panels for view-panel area will be provided as per the layout requirements. Pre-Painted GI modular walls and ceilings are suitable for makeing clean rooms for various industries like; electronics, food, healthcare, packaging, cosmetics etc.

Stainless Steel: GMP SS-304 mono block/ modular partitioning walls are fabricated by way of nominal two skins of SS Steel sheets. They are Bonded with an Polyurethane foam, Honeycomb Paper Core or High Density Mineral Wool, forming a rigid panel to modular widths of 1000 mm to 1200 mm (as per various thicknesses and systems) and up to 6000 mm in height.

High Pressure Laminates (HPL): GMP has developed the HPL clean room walls/systems for use in areas where highly clean conditions need to be maintained based on ISO and GMP standards.

HPL Panel Advantages
Very good resistance to all major cleaning agents
Available in different colors
High resistance to scratches
Class A fire certification
Easy to work for flush installation of accessories and for modification during erection
Solid, 4mm panel; no need of supporting skin structure; in case of scratch or wall chipping, no low class material exposed to the environment
Consistency with the use of HPL 4mm for integration with door and coving profiles used in other areas
Good mechanical stability
Glass Re-enforced Polymer (GRP): GMP has developed the GRP Clean Room walls/systems for use in high purity classes of high degree clean room requirements based on ISO and GMP Standard.

The partition material is molded composite of strong chopped glass fiber mats & fire retardants “Unsaturated isopthalic polyester resin” complying to IS6746:1994. The resultant is a strong composite having good mechanical & chemical properties.

A complete range of partitions walls and ceiling systems are available to meet the technical specifications of controlled environment rooms. Ceiling as well as partitions are inert. non particle-shredded, forming part of clean room aseptic envelope to enable compliance with FDA validation procedures and GMP standards.

Full details of the complementary range of ceiling systems are available on request.

Advantages of GRP
• Monolithic, non-shredded & Strong
• Chemical & Scratch Resistance
• Durable
• Does not require insulation which reduces the contamination in case physical damages to the partition
• Smooth & Seamless, easy to clean
• Built in color, available with antibacterial protection
• Water resistant, will not warp, swell, rust or rot
